The wireless Vantage Pro2 Plus is a research-grade weather station that includes all the features of the Vantage Pro2, plus UV and solar radiation sensors. In addition to UV and solar radiation sensors, the sensor suite includes:
- outside temperature and humidity sensors housed in a passive radiation shield
- wind speed and direction
- rainfall
Vantage Pro2 Plus features an industry-leading transmission range of 1,000'/300m from the sensor suite to an optional WeatherLink Console (6313), EnviroMonitor IP Gateway (6805), or WeatherLink Live (6100).
